Our Theramazing Weighted Hat was conceived as a solution to provide proprioceptive input in a fashionable, discreet way for people with sensory processing disorders. It allows wearers to get the input they need without leaving the situation to do a sensory program or wearing a very obvious vest and has been affective with children that head bang and/or grind teeth. Each removable insert weights 2 1/4 ounces, for a total weight of 13.5 ounces. Inserts can be easily removed to wash the hat or vary the amount of weight.
